The purpose of this amendment is to changes the standard removal times per the below: Change Section 7.0 and any other area in the PWS that references a ten (10) business day removal time for containerized and bulk waste to the following: The standard time for removal of containerized waste under this contract is 21 business days, unless otherwise specified in this contract. The standard time for removal of bulk waste under this contract is 15 business days, unless otherwise specified in this contract. Updated PWS is also attached. Additional an additional attachment is uploaded for CLIN Usage Report from 1 January 22022 through 31 December 2022 The purpose of this amendment is change set-aside to a Total Small Business Set-Aside and extend the due date of offers to January 30, 2023 at 3:00 pm EST. a. This contract is referred to as the Oklahoma Regional HW Disposal Contract. Work will consist of the removal, transportation, and disposal of RCRA hazardous wastes, non-RCRA wastes, State-Regulated wastes, Non-State Regulated wastes, Universal Wastes, Compressed Gases, and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) located on or around military installations or within a 50-mile radius of any pickup point identified in Attachment 4 in states of Oklahoma and Arkansas. The Contractor is advised that some requirements for information may be required before start of work on this contract, i.e., Sections 1.1.2, 1.1.8, 3.29, and 5.1. b.
