Amendment 1: Answers to Solicitation Questions: ***Please see Attachment 17 - Amended Price Schedule*** Q1: On CLIN N61760, CLIN N67460, CLIN N67660, the requested drums are not available in this size with UN approval. A1: If CLIN N61760, CLIN N67460, CLIN N67660 are not available in this size with UN approval they can be removed from the Price Schedule. Q2: Most of the WMS must be performed on a Wednesday. Are these fixed days or can the service be moved to other days of the week? A2: The WMS that are required on Wednesday are a Generator requirement and can’t be changed. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Combined Synopsis/Solicitation SP450021R0013 has been prepared in accordance with the procedures in FAR 12.603(c)(2)(i?xvi). Work will consist of the removal, transportation, and disposal of government generated hazardous and non?hazardous wastes located on military installations in and around Bavaria, Germany. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation SP450021R0013 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021. (iv) This acquisition is being issued as a full and open competition on an unrestricted basis; the associated NAICS code is 562211. (v) See Attachment 1 for the Price Schedule. (vi) See Attachment 2 for a Description of the Requirement and PWS. (vii) The contract is anticipated to have a 30- month base and 30- month option period. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212?1, Instructions to Offerors ?? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. See Attachment – 13 for addenda to the provision and Attachment – 15 for the Past Performance Questionnaire. (ix) The provision at 52.212?2, Evaluation ?? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See Attachment- 13 for addenda to the provision. (xi) The clause at 52.212?4, Contract Terms and Conditions ?? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212?5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ?? (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable. (xv) Proposals are due by 1800 PST on August 27, 2021.
