Attachment 11 updated to the correct contract data ********************************** This contract is referred to as the “Camp Pendleton” HW Disposal Contract. Work will consist of the removal, transportation and disposal of RCRA hazardous wastes, non-RCRA wastes, State-Regulated wastes, Non-State Regulated wastes, Universal Wastes, Compressed Gases, and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) located on or around military installations or within a 50 mile radius of any pick up point listed on this contract in the state of California. The Contractor is cautioned that some requirements for information are required before start of work on this contract, i.e., Sections 1.1.2, 1.1.8 and 3.26. This contract consists of one (1) 30-month Base Period, followed by one (1) 30-month Option Period. Pricing for removal and disposal of containerized wastes will largely be based upon container size and ordered as each (EA). Some containerized wastes, including aerosols, batteries, lamps, and PCBs are ordered by pounds (LB). Pricing for bulk waste will be based upon pounds (LB), cubic yards (CD), or gallons (GL), as identified in the Price Schedule. The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Suffix, as defined herein, will denote the unit of measure for turn-in and pricing purposes. Refer to Section 1.2.8 of this PWS for additional information. This contract is a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract written as a performance based contract and allows the Contracting Officer (KO) to make monetary deductions and/or a negative mark on the Contractor’s Past Performance when an Acceptable Performance Level (APL) is not met. The Government agrees that all items placed on a Task Order (TO) on this contract will be accompanied by documentation and markings that comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations relating to the generation, storage and transportation of waste. The Contractor agrees to provide all services necessary for the transportation, final treatment, disposal, and/or recycling of the items listed in the schedule in accordance with (IAW) all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and the terms and conditions of this contract. These services shall include all necessary personnel, including applicable Subcontractors, labor, transportation, equipment, and the compilation and submission of all documentation required by this contract. All items, regardless of the condition, are being discarded by the Government and will require recycling or disposal as identified via the ordered CLIN. The anticipated performance start date for this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is 8/7/2020 for a 30-month base period, followed by one 30-month option period, for a possible 5-year contract. The solicitation is expected to be available on beta.sam.gov on or about 5/1/2020.
