This Amendment includes: The purpose of this amendment is to post revised price schedule and performance work statement documents. And to push the solicitation close date out to January 21, 2020. The changes to these documents are as follows: PWS changes: Removed ECMRA requirement from section 6.6. Changed the standard removal and performance timeframe from 14 days to 30 in section 7.0. Paragraph referencing California Code of Regulations was removed from the Notes to Offeror’s section (was #3). PS Changes: Added “UW in some states” to RX01 CLINdescription. 2. Solicitation close date is now January 21, 2020. 3. ALL OTHER SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
