Soliciation will be posted on or about August 13, 2020: This contract is referred to as the “Philippines Hazardous Waste (HW) Disposal Contract” and requires the removal, transportation, and disposal of industrial waste as identified in the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD) and wastes regulated by the Host Nation as Industrial Waste (IW) and listed within Attachment 01, Bid Schedule. The disposition of all waste indicated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are to be performed in accordance with the respective Host Nation environmental laws and regulations, as well as any applicable international agreements governing the transportation of dangerous goods and the terms and conditions of this contract

This contract is referred to as the “Philippines Hazardous Waste (HW) Disposal Contract” and requires the removal, transportation, and disposal of industrial waste as identified in the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD) and wastes regulated by the Host Nation as Industrial Waste (IW) and listed within Attachment 01, Bid Schedule. The disposition of all waste indicated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are to be performed in accordance with the respective Host Nation environmental laws and regulations, as well as any applicable international agreements governing the transportation of dangerous goods and the terms and conditions of this contract. b. The Contractor agrees to provide all services necessary for the final recycling / treatment / disposal of the materials listed in the Schedule of Services (Bid Schedule) of this solicitation in accordance with the OEBGD and respective Host environmental laws and regulations, as well as any applicable international agreements governing the transportation of dangerous goods and the terms and conditions of this contract. This includes ensuring all vehicles transporting materials subject to this contract are properly placarded in accordance with applicable Host laws and other applicable requirements. These services shall include all necessary personnel, including applicable joint venture partners, and representatives. Services shall also include all labor, analysis, transportation, packaging, equipment, and the compilation and submission of all documentation required by this contract to include inspecting, packaging, marking and labeling, loading, unloading, obtaining transportation permits, removal, transportation, and disposal / recycling of materials subject to this contract from U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) installations throughout the Republic of the Philippines.
