The government requires a contractor to lease thirty 53-foot dual-axle enclosed dry van trailers for a six-month period, from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The contractor must deliver and place all trailers into operation at Defense Distribution Depot Hill AFB, Utah, no later than July 1, 2026. The contractor is responsible for all transportation and shipping of the equipment to and from the site. The contractor must also provide full-service maintenance records for all leased equipment. After the contract ends, the contractor must pick up all equipment within 30 days.
