This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for a commercially available dust collection system for DLA Distribution, Barstow, CA. This procurement covers the demolition and disposal of the outdoor centralized dust collection system, the procurement of a new system, the installation and testing of the new system, and an optional one-year maintenance agreement. The contractor shall supply all necessary labor and equipment to perform the design, procurement, installation, testing of a replacement dust collection system, and demolition and disposal of the existing unit. The new system shall adhere to all requirements in the Attachment 1 Statement of Work as well as any federal, state, or local regulations pertaining to the replacement of this system.
