DLA anticipates a sole source modification to an existing contract with TECHNICA, LLC for continued distribution services, including receipt, storage, issue, and cross-docking/transshipment operations supporting AFRICOM customers. The modification extends the task order performance period by six months, from 1 October 2026 through 31 March 2027. This action is justified under the "Only One Responsible Source" exception, as only TECHNICA can meet requirements without unacceptable delays.
