Construction Storage Building 259 at Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna (DDSP).Contractor to provide all necessary labor, material and/or equipment to perform all work associated with the following tasks, but is not intended to be limited to these tasks alone:1.Construct a 2,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building including installation of underground electric service to the building.2.Obtain the services of a professional engineer licensed in the State of Pennsylvania to design the building?s concrete slab, support footings, walls and roof structure. The design shall include anchoring the pre-engineered building to the footings. The design shall include seismic loading in accordance with UFC 3-310-04 Seismic Design for Buildings. The design drawings and structural calculations must include the professional engineer?s seal and signature. Submit the design as sealed and signed design drawings and structural calculations to the government for record purposes prior to commencement of work. 3.Installation of pole mounted transformer. All work shall be performed complete and in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and solicitation requirements. See Solicitation SP3300-24-5024 and associated attachments.
