Contractor is required to provide construction services to include all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, accessories, and transportation necessary to construct a single story 16? x 40? office building with associated LED lighting, electrical and communication/data outlets, HVAC, fire sprinklers, office furniture and carpet; upon completion shall be ready to use. Contractor shall accomplish work in accordance with the requirements in this SOW. This contract shall conform to applicable UFGS, UFC-600-01-Fire Protection Engineering for Facilities, UFGS-Division 21 Fire Suppression Sections, International Plumbing Code (IPC), NFPA, NEC, and compliance with local, state and federal codes. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, supplies and supervision necessary to replace Four (4) Industrial High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) Fans with (4) (Big Ass Fans (BAF) ? Powerfoil X4, (HVLS). One at Building 29- Bay 3, one at Building 57- Bay 1 and two (2) Fans at Building 30- Bay 2. Attachment 4 Modular Office Drawings and Attachment 5 HVLS Fans Replacement Diagrams will be distributed to the contractor upon request.
