This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) leasing / rental services at DLA Distribution Puget Sound, WA (DDPW) – Bangor site; complete and in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, replacement parts, transportation, transportation permits, supervision, personnel, all maintenance services (preventive and remedial) for all the equipment leased as listed in Attachment 2, Required Equipment Item List. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This RFQ is being solicited on a 100% small business set-aside restricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 532490 and the size standard is $35 million.
