This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Brand Name Rite-Hite SHR 5000 equipment and installation provided at Attachment 1. Installation will be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work provided as Attachment 2. The installation is subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable Wage Determination for this project is provided as Attachment 3. The redacted Brand Name Justification is provided as Attachment 4. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.
