This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP3300-21-Q-0068. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20210224 effective 24 February 2021 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 2021-05 effective 28 January 2021. This RFQ is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the requirement to provide EMS Director Services Support at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Fire and Emergency Services (FES), New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The Government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This RFQ is being solicited under full and open competition.
