DLA Distribution Susquehanna Pennsylvania has a requirement to purchase various outer wear clothing embroidered with the DLA logo for use in an employee award program. The items on Attachment 1 Schedule of Supplies are brand name or equal. Vendors submitting quotes for equal products are required to submit electronic product brochures, technical specifications, and graphical representations of the products. The DLA logo must be embroidered as specified in the redacted DLA style guide as provided as Attachment 2. The description of the items on the schedule will specify the size and color of any lettering to be embroidered on any product. All products are to be embroidered, DLA will not accept any products which are silk screened or which use thermal transfer. The Berry Amendment and the Buy American Act apply to this purchase. Vendors must comply with the requirements of these laws. This requirement is an all or none request for quote. There will be one (1) award made to the vendor with the lowest total evaluated price for all items.
