Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Fixed-Price contract for all labor, material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to pump, transport, and treat/disposal of sewage sludge from DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA in accordance with Attachment 1- Statement of Work. Quantities on the Schedule of Services (Attachment 2) are estimates. Vendor will only invoice for actual amount of services provided. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.
