This is a firm-fixed price lease for rental and cleaning of uniform coveralls and rubber entry way floor mats. The Contractor shall provide the following: all coveralls and entry way floor mats to include, but not limited to, the sizes and dimensions as provided on the attachment. The contractor is responsible for providing weekly laundry and cleaning service for all coveralls and floor mats provided by this lease agreement. In addition to laundering, soiled floor mats shall be inspected, and repaired or replaced during each cleaning.
