This RFQ is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed price contract for the acquisition of steel strapping. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) rated procurement. Quotes received will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price commercial contract resulting from this notice on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whom: 1) can demonstrate that the company they are representing has the capacity to fulfill the Government’s requirement (must meet all salient characteristics of the CLINs below); 2) can demonstrate that their company has an acceptable rating status in the PIEE SPRS system (no history is considered acceptable) at https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/, and 3) offers the lowest overall total price of the CLINs below (no split awards will be made). Failure to do so will deem the quote unresponsive.
