The unit must be paper wrapped, must have metal straps w/ minimum 2,000 lbs tensile strength, must be on 4" x 4" dunnage that is HT stamped and must have a label attached to the unit that indicates exactly what the material is along with the contract, delivery order, TCN and NSN numbers.
