DLA Distribution intends to issue a sole-source modification to Olgoonik Federal, LLC for the Global Distribution Expeditionary Contract (GDEC). The modification extends the ordering period by six months through 31 March 2027 and includes a six-month option through 30 September 2027 if needed. It increases the contract ceiling by $100,000,000, raising the total ceiling to $415,500,000. The contract provides critical labor and warehouse/distribution support for workload surges, contingency and humanitarian missions, labor augmentation, audit readiness changes, and special projects both CONUS and OCONUS. This bridge action is needed because follow-on contracts will not be operational or awarded in time, only the incumbent can perform without unacceptable delays, and the notice is informational only with no proposals anticipated.
