DLA Distribution intends to modify an existing sole-source contract with Olgoonik Federal, LLC for the Global Distribution Expeditionary Contract (GDEC), which provides labor and distribution support for workload surges, contingency operations, humanitarian missions, labor augmentation, and special projects. The modification would increase the contract ceiling by $90,000,000, raising the total ceiling to $315,500,000, to cover a six-month extension period. The increase is needed because the current ceiling will be exhausted before the extension ends, and only the incumbent can provide the required services without unacceptable delays.
