This Request for Quote is issued to establish a Fixed Price (FP) and Time and Materials (T&M) Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Crane Maintenance Support Services for one (1) Government owned American-Clyde rail guided 80 ton capacity portal crane located at DLA Distribution Anniston. Crane Maintenance Support Services include: Monthly Scheduled Preventive Maintenance; Semi-Annual Technical Services to Maintain the Rockwell/Allen Bradley Compactlogix, PanelView, and PF755 drives on the crane; on-call Unscheduled Corrective Maintenance; and Crane Rental Support Services, to include a crane operator, to temporarily continue crane mission services as needed at the depot. A detailed description of the American-Clyde rail guided 80 ton capacity portal crane for which maintenance services are required is included in the Statement of Work. The IDIQ contract will have a combination of firm-fixed price and time and materials line items. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. 07/29/2020 Amendment No. 0001 is posted to incorporate a revised Paragraph 6 Minimum and Maximum Quantities into RFQ SP330020Q5021. There is no change to the closing date of the solicitation. 08/11/2020 Amendment No. 0002 is posted to respond to questions received from contractors; waive the Small Business Set Aside; and add the requirement for submittal of a Small Business Subcontracting Plan by Large Businesses. There is no change to the closing date of the solicitation. 08/17/2020 Amendment No. 0003 is posted to incorporate updated FAR 52.204-24 (provision) and FAR 52.204-25 (clause), and to incorporate revised Attachment 2 Statement of Work to add requirement for OPSEC Training. There is no change to the closing date of the solicitation.
