DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA (DDSP) has a requirement for a contractor to provide a firm-fixed price contract for Herman Miller brand or equal office furniture. This furniture will be installed in building 911 at DLA Distribution New Cumberland. This requirement also includes the disassembly of furniture in building 54 and reassembly in building 911. The workstations in building 54 are Steelcase “Context” systems furniture. There is also existing furniture in building 911 which will require disassembly and reassembly in different offices in building 911. This furniture is various brands and collections. All details are provided in Attachment 2 Project 4144 Drawings. All equipment furnished shall be new from the manufacturer’s most current production and meet current industry standards, and conform to the best quality of materials and workmanship. Accessories not specifically mentioned herein, but necessary to furnish complete systems ready for use, shall also be included and named. All furniture to be delivered and all work shall be completed within 90 days after contract award. Color selection will occur after contract award. In order to schedule a site visit please contact Mr. Brian Kaley at brian.kaley@dla.mil. Vendors will be subject to temperature screening and questioning in response to the COVID 19 Pandemic. All attendees must also wear a mask or they will be refused access to the installation.
