This is primarily a supply contract to provide an upgrade of DLA Distribution Susquehanna’s Motorola Astro 25 Land Mobile Radio system to the latest Edge Availability system. This requirement requires the delivery and installation of Edge Availability components at DLA Distribution Susquehanna and System Integration work at DLA Distribution Susquehanna PA (80%) and DLA Distribution Richmond, VA (20%). This requirement contains a limited sources requirement for small business vendors that are authorized by Motorola to distribute and service Motorola equipment. Vendors providing a quote must be registered and authorized by Motorola to sell and service Motorola equipment and must show up on the authorized distributor site at http://mpe.motorolasolutions.com/?loc=US-EN&country=US. This solicitation will result in one award to the Offeror providing the lowest total priced quote for the required supplies and services. The vendor which receives the contract will be required to complete all work in the Statement of Work (Attachment 2) within 120 days after award.
