This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the RFQ number is SP330020Q0069. 3. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 effective 15 January 2020 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20191231 effective 31 December 2019 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 19-19 effective 14 October 2019. This RFQ is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed price contract for the acquisition of Automatic Stretch-Wrap machines. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) rated procurement. Quotes received will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price commercial contract resulting from this notice on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whom: 1) can demonstrate that the company they are representing has the capacity to fulfill the Government’s requirement; 2) can demonstrate that their company is an authorized dealer of Cousins Products, and 3) offers the lowest price. Failure to do so will deem the quote unresponsive. Cousins LP-2100-SRT Stretch Wrap Machine. FAR 13-106-2 Evaluation of Quotations or Offers – The Government intends to evaluate quotes in response to the solicitation and will award one firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the total overall lowest price for all CLIN(s). Therefore to be considered for award, a quote must be provided for all CLIN(s).
