DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA (DDSP) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to establish a process for battery inventory level replacement to supply batteries for emergency lighting, golf carts, scooters, Harlan tugs, Ford Vans, club cars, etc. complete and in accordance with the Statement of Work included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. A detailed description of the batteries and the Government’s best estimate of the quantities of batteries that may be required are shown on the Schedule of Supplies/Services included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. The items on the Schedule of Supplies are Brand Name or Equal. NOTE: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ONLY BE PAID FOR THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF BATTERIES DELIVERED DURING THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. THE QUANTITIES OF BATTERIES AND TOTAL AMOUNTS SHOWN ARE NOT-TO-EXCEED ESTIMATES AND SHALL NOT BE EXCEEDED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. The Period of Performance will be one year, from the date of award to three hundred sixty five (365) days after date of award. The estimated start date is April 15, 2020.
