This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DLA Distribution - Susquehanna hereby requests a quote for Roller Forks in support of DLA Distribution – Red Rock, in accordance with Item Description in the Schedule of Supplies, as follows: Roller Fork, similar or exact match; Manufacturer: Cascade Corporation; Part Number: 7530709; Quantity: 2 EA; See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) for further details. Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a Brand Name or Equal (FAR 11.104) supply-type item, Firm-Fixed Price, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333924 and the size standard is 750 employees. The Product or Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 3990.
