This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the RFQ number is SP330020Q0029. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-03 effective 23 December 2019 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20191231 effective 31 December 2019 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 19-18 effective 14 October 2019. Delivery Orders will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis. This solicitation requires vendors to submit Fixed unit pricing for each CLIN and each zone defined below. DLA operating warehousing distribution sites are in multiple locations CONUS and OCONUS wide (see attached zone schedule). The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This RFQ is being solicited on a restricted basis, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 322121 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The Product or Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 8135. Ordering Period shall be on or about as follows: Base Year: February 10, 2020 through February 9, 2021 Option Year 1: February 10, 2021 through February 9, 2022 Option Year 2: February 10, 2022 through February 9, 2023 ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: The quantities shown in the Schedule of Supplies are estimated only. They represent the Government’s best-known estimate for each line item. Payment will only be for the actual quantities provided to the Government at the unit price specified in each Delivery Order. If the Government requirements do not result in the quantities estimated, such event shall not constitute the basis for an equitable price adjustment under the contract. VARIATION IN QUANTITY (VIQ): VIQ is authorized for this requirement. Ten percent increase and Ten percent decrease DELIVERY INFORMATION: Delivery Orders will be issued by email. Any contracting officer or ordering officer at DLA Distribution is authorized to place orders against this contract. Government requires the supplies to be delivered with a target of 14 calendar days and a maximum of 21 days after the date of Contractor receipt of a delivery order.
