This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and in conjunction with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP3300-19-Q-5021. •2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 effective 5 June 2019 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS DPN 20190430edition effective 31 May 2019 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) PROCLTR 2019-12 effective 14 May 2019. •3. This RFQ is being issued to establish firm-fixed price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) type contract for the maintenance and repair services described below. Description of Requirement: DLA Distribution Puget Sound has a requirement for a Contractor to perform Preventive (scheduled) and Corrective Maintenance (unscheduled) on Government owned Trailers. Services shall be performed at the Bangor Site, which resides at 7029 Snook Road, Silverdale, WA 98315 or wherever the trailer is located and needing repair. •5.
