This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and in conjunction with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP3300-19-Q-0120. •2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06 effective 10 September 2019 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS DPN 20190820 edition effective 20 August 2019 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) PROCLTR 19-18 effective 19 August 2019. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed price and Time and Materials contract for preventive and remedial maintenance support services for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) located at DLA Distribution Puget Sound, WA for the Bremerton and Everett sites. The contractor shall provide all labor equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary to perform on Government owned equipment located at either site. Section B for supplies/services is provided as Attachment 1. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Provided as Attachment 2. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. •4. This RFQ is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310. The small business size standard is $7.5M.
