This RFQ is being issued as a 100% set-aside under NAICS 532490 with a size standard of 40M employees. The product service code (PSC) for this acquisition is W062 (LEASE OR RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT- LIGHTING FIXTURES AND LAMPS). This RFQ is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Any resulting award will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449 IAW Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. This is a non-personal services requirement. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Government and the Contractor understand that the services to be provided under this contract by the Contractor are non-personal services and that no employer-employee relationship exists between the Government and the Contractor. The Government may provide technical direction, which will assist the Contractor in accomplishing the SOW; however, the Government will not control the methods used by the Contractor to perform the service requirements set forth in the SOW.
