This CSS is being issued as unrestricted with HUBZone price evaluation preference (IAW FAR 19.1307), to establish a firm-fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order for the replacement and upgrade of the oxygen monitoring and control systems on the two Nebraska 85.4 mm MTBU/LBS steam boilers within the central heating plant at DLA Distribution Susquehanna PA (DDSP). Any resulting award will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. Please see attached CSS and attachments for more information.
