Please direct any questions and quotes to John.Sproul@dla.mil. 1-Pricing shall be brand name or equal. 2-'Or Equal' quotes must be submitted with technical specifications and other product literature. 3-Award will be made on an 'all or nothing' basis to the lowest price offer that meets or exceeds technical specifications (see attached). 4-Taxes do not apply as DLA is a Federal Agency and is tax exempt. 5-Payment will be made by WAWF (see Attachment 1-Clauses for more information). 6-All quotes should be FOB Destination and include shipping.
