This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is being issued to establish a purchase order for heating skid repair at DDSP IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. The vendor must be an authorized Maxi-Therm distributor/company partner in order to be considered for award. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this CSS which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This is a non-personal services requirement. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Government and the Contractor understand that the services to be provided under this contract by the Contractor are non-personal services and that no employer-employee relationship exists between the Government and the Contractor. The Government may provide technical direction, which will assist the Contractor in accomplishing the SOW; however, the Government will not control the methods used by the Contractor to perform the service requirements set forth in the SOW. This solicitation is being issued as limited competitive. The vendor must be an authorized Maxi- Therm distributor/company partner. This requirement contains one PSC - the Product Service Code J059 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 with a size standard of $19.0M.
