The vehicles will be used to transport material. The vehicles shall be new, unused (except for required testing) and of the newest model and year at the time of delivery. Motor equipment, components, assemblies, sub?assemblies and accessories shall meet or exceed the Japanese Automobile Manufacturer's Association Inc. and/or Japan Auto?Body Industrial Association specifications. The vehicles shall be right hand drive configured for left side of the road operations within Japan. The trucks shall be fully serviced when delivered to the U. S. Government. Service shall include, but not limited to, proper lubrication levels, battery water levels, electrical check, and all other maintenance requirements set forth in the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals.
