Amendment 0001 is hereby posted to answer the questions. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 325199 with a size standard of 1250 employees and PSC 6850 Miscellaneous Chemical Specialties. SP3300-24-Q-0233 is being issued to establish a Fixed-Price contract for a contractor to deliver Micro-C 2000 and Delta Pak 2000. Both Micro-C 2000 and Delta Pak 2000 are required to be delivered twice a year. The total gallons will not exceed 3,100 for the entire year. The contractor will be paid for the actual number of gallons delivered. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. All unit prices need to be rounded to two decimal points. The material requested by this solicitation is shown below in the Schedule of Supplies. All compounds ordered under any resulting award will be freight on board destination. Contractor shall deliver within 7 days of being contacted for delivery. Truck making delivery must be able to attach to a 2-inch cam lock hook up and can pump chemicals into the tank. See attached Combined Syopsis/Solicitation for schedule of supplies.
