This combined synopsis solicitation (CSS) is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside requirement under NAICS 335910 with a size standard of 1,250 employees and PSC 6140 Batteries, Rechargeable. SP330024Q0220 is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Batteries in accordance with the schedule of supplies. All proposed batteries need to meet the salient characteristics IAW Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this CSS which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. The Batteries requested by this solicitation are shown below in the Schedule of Supplies and are firm-fixed price. All Batteries ordered under any resulting award will be freight on board destination. The Government requires delivery of all equipment within 60 days after Contractor receipt of order.
