This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for twenty five (25) Vacuum Impulse Heat Sealers. Seventeen (17) of the heat sealers will go to DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, OK (DDOO) and eight (8) of the heat sealers will go to DLA Distribution Tobyhanna, PA. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ. Any resulting award will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The reqeusted delivery lead time is 90 day after receipt of order (ARO). See attachment 1 - Specifications for Heat Sealers
