DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (DDOO) has a requirement for a contractor to perform physical examination testing for new hire candidates. The contractor must be located within a 30 mile radius of Tinker AFB. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, accessories, and material necessary to complete a full physical. No audiograms necessary. The contractor will respond within 48 hours of a request for a physical. Contractor shall also provide written documentation for all physicals. The contractor will provide and submit itemized invoices for each physical. Please direct any questions and submit quotes to John.Sproul@dla.mil. Taxes do not apply as DLA is a Federal Agency and is tax exempt. Payment will be made by WAWF.
