The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for Ground Maintenance / Snow / Debris Removal services at DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia in a manner that will maintain a safe environment. The Contractor shall perform these services at DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia. DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia is a tenant activity on Naval Station Norfolk (NSN), Hampton Roads, VA. The period of performance shall be established for a one (1) year base period with (4) one-year option periods.
