This requirement is to perform Exterior Building and Exterior Window Cleaning for a Base period and four (4) one-year Option periods. This combined synopsis solicitation is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 561790 – Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings - with a size standard of $9,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is S201 – Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles, transportation, applicable licenses, permits and/or certifications necessary to perform Exterior Building and Exterior Window Cleaning services at the Government-owned Building 5430 located at DLA Distribution Headquarters Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA.
