The intention of this combined synopsis solicitation is to obtain preventative maintenance, repair services, and cyber security for the fire alarm and fire suppression systems at the Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Site using the UFC Fire Protection Systems Inspection, Testing and Maintenance 3-601-02 dated 7 October 2021 or newer revision. Work includes the performance of Remedial Maintenance (RM) work to make repairs to return systems to proper operation, Preventative Maintenance (PM) inspections, and other services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcment. The systems and equipment to be serviced under the contract include: (1) Automatic Sprinkler and Standpipe Systems, including Fire Pumps and Fire Hydrants (2) Gaseous Extinguishing Systems (3) Dry and Wet Chemical Extinguishing Systems (4) Gamewell, King Fisher, and Notifier Fire Alarm Systems
