The supplies shall have a 25-year minimum shelf life. Each meal shall be individually packaged and only require water in preparation to eat. The packaging of each individual meal should be able to act as a container to eat from once the meal is opened, and water is added. A combination of any breakfast, lunch and dinner shall contain a minimum of 1,200 calories and a maximum of 3,500 calories for the day. A grand total of 288,000 individually packaged single serving meals shall be provided, comprising of 96,000 meals for breakfast, 96,000 meals for lunch, and 96,000 meals for dinner. A minimum of four (4) different meal selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner shall be provided.
