The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to issue a sole-source modification to an existing contract with Accenture Federal Services LLC to increase its maximum value. This is necessary because the contract is exceeding its anticipated spending rate to support unplanned and unforeseen analytical, process design, and program management services. The modification is a temporary solution to fulfill immediate mission requirements, as only the current contractor can provide the services without unacceptable delays.
