In accordance with FAR 15.206(e) the KO has determined based on market research and other factors that the acquisition requirement has changed substantially since the time of the solicitation beyond what a reasonable offer could have anticipated. Therefore, the Government is canceling the solicitation and will not issue another solicitation at this time. Sources will be notified if, and when, another solicitation is issued.
