In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates awarding a modification to existing Warehouse and Distribution Services Support at DLA Distribution Richmond, Virginia (DDRV), Contract SP3300-18-D-5004, Task Order SP3300-22-F-5020, on a sole source basis to AOC Logistics, Inc. (AOCL); to provide all management, personnel, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other items and/or services not provided by the Government. The modification extends the period of performance for a two (2) month period (1 May 2023 – 30 June 2023) pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Due to unanticipated acquisition process delays, it has become necessary to modify existing Task Order SP3300-22-F-5020 to allow for uninterrupted Warehouse and Distribution Services Support through 30 June 2023. Pursuant to the exception under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only AOCL is capable of providing the services at this time; award to any other source will result in unacceptable delays and cause a disruption to DDRV activities. The modification to current Task Order SP3300-22-F-5020 will serve as a temporary solution to fulfill immediate mission requirements. The J&A for this extension of services will be posted as part of this notice once executed. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
