Amendment 5 MAR 2021: This amendment is issued to removed DFARS Clause 252.222-7999, to extend the solicitation closing date/time, and to respond to the following question: Question – Is there an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement? Response - This is a new requirement; the services were performed under a different contract but that contract couldn't meet the 8570 requirements. DFARS 252.222-7999 Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping is hereby removed. The solicitation closing is extended to 3/17/2021. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
