NOTICE TO OFFERORS Issuing Office: DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) 430 Mifflin Avenue, Suite 3102A New Cumberland, PA 17070-5008 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the RFQ number is SP3300-21-Q-0042. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 effective 19 January 2021 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20210115 effective 15 January 2021 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 2021-05 effective 28 January 2021. DLAD - http://www.dla.mil/HQ/Acquisition/Offers/DLAD.aspx This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for the necessary material, equipment and control components required to supply and install one rod, tube and pipe storage systems and an overhead bridge crane (here to after called system) for storage of heavy rod, bar and pipe storage in Bldg. 109 at DLA Distribution Jacksonville, FL and is under the command of DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA (DDNV) located at Jacksonville Naval Air Station. The Government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this RFQ and it will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333922 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Product or Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 3910.
