DLA Distribution San Diego, CA is responsible for performing distribution operations at three (3) sites. The Primary wholesale support location is at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) and Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) located 6.5 miles away. The Retail Support services are provided at Naval Base Coronado (NBC) located 6.5 miles away. Additional support services are provided on site at Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL) located 11.7 miles from the NBSD Site. The major commodities are depot level repairables (DLRs), electronics, industrial, medical, general, construction, clothing, packaged petroleum, chemicals, steel, sheet metal, bar stock, ship and aviation repair parts, and boats/amphibious craft.
