Amendment 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 to solicitation SP3300-20-Q-0097 is to revise requirements to allow for reimbursement of allowable Travel Costs associated with Corrective Maintenance on the two (2) Advanced Poly Auto Bagger T-1000 units included in this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued to establish a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract for contractor provided preventative and corrective maintenance services on two Advance Poly-Packaging Auto Bagger T-1000 units located at DLA Defense Distribution Albany Georgia (DDAG), which is located on the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, GA. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) (as needed) and all repair and or replacement parts necessary to keep the Auto Baggers in good operating condition. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as Attachment 1. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. Questions must be submitted by June 12, 2020 and will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation. See attached solicitation and attachments for complete information.
