See attached Amendment 0001. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract for contractor provided preventative and corrective maintenance services on gates, gate controllers, motorized traffic barriers, hydraulic arm and fences located at DLA Defense Distribution Norfolk Virginia (DDNV). The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) (as needed) and all repair and or replacement parts necessary to keep equipment in good operating condition. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as Attachment 1. Period of Performance shall be on or about as follows: Base Year: August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021 Option Year 1: August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022 Option Year 2: August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023 Questions shall be submitted by electronic mail to the Acquisition Specialist, Angeline.Graff@dla.mil, Subject: SP3300-20-Q-0079 Solicitation Question(s).
